Team Cedar Grilling is a Canadian Competitive BBQ Team composed of three experienced and skilled BBQ'rs. We have been fortunate to have been chosen Canadian Open BBQ Champions three years in a row.

Our team unanimously selected Crown Verity barbeques years ago because of the solid state construction, amazing control and retention of heat combined with the essential ease of clean-up for competition barbequing. Whether you are a competitive or backyard BBQ'r, you will recognize the importance of these features.

For quick clean-up, we simply open the lid and power wash absolutely everything. There aren't any little fragile parts to worry about.  Solid construction and sturdy wheels provide easy transportation across uneven ground.

I also like the fast, extreme high heat. It's there in seconds due to the quick pilot lighting system. We never have flare-ups or burnt food with the unique water tray below the grates.

We use many of the accessories in competition.  Most of our indirect cooking takes place on the convenient bun rack. Just turn on the outside burners and you're ready to go.  The beefy rotisserie will handle everything we need to cook, without balancing because of the powerful motor.
