Grilled Strawberries on Cinnamon Sticks and Lemon Cream Tart

Ingredients:
- Grilled Strawberries on Cinnamon Sticks
- Stick cinnamon (for skewers)
- Large, firm strawberries, halved
- Icing sugar
- Splash of Icewine & Brandy
- Lemon Cream Tart
- 2 whole eggs
- 4 egg yolks
- 3/4 C sugar
- 3/4 C lemon juice
- 2/3 cup heavy cream (or crème fraîche)
- 1 frozen pie shell
Directions:
Grilled Strawberries on Cinnamon Sticks
Soak cinnamon sticks for 30 minutes in warm water. Drain.
Cut cinnamon sticks into thinner skewers.
Skewer through cleaned, halved strawberries.
Splash with Icewine and Brandy.
Dredge flat half in icing sugar.
Grill for 2-3 minutes on medium high grill.
Lemon Cream Tart
Heat B.B.Q. to 325°F.
Mix together - eggs, yolks and sugar into bowl.
Add lemon juice, whisk in cream.
Strain into shell. Bake until filling sets,
about 30 minutes.
