Murrays Marvelous Mustard Sauce

4 litre container liquid mustard
2 lbs brown sugar
1 bottle (12 oz/ 341 ml) Sleeman Honey Brown ale
1 to 2 garlic bulbs
1/2 c. vegetable oil
ground pepper
handful of rosemary
Juice from one lemon

In a very large bowl combine all ingredients. Mix well. When the sauce is creamy, cover the entire top of the steak with sauce. Place on the grill, top side up.
