Grilled Pineapple w/Honey Yogurt
- 1 pineapple
- 16oz Balkan yogurt
- 2oz Triple Sec
- 3 tbsp. honey
- 1 cheese cloth
- fresh mint
Line sieve with cheese cloth and place in a bowl large enough leaving room for yogurt to drain.
Add yogurt and leave in refrigerator overnight and allow to drain through cheese cloth.
Before serving, add honey and triple sec and stir.
Cut pineapple in wheels and grill on high for a couple of minutes to mark.
Place pineapple on plate and top with yogurt and fresh mint.
