Grilled Pineapple w/Honey Yogurt
INGREDIENTS
- 1 Pineapple
- 16oz Balkan yogurt
- 2oz Triple Sec
- 3 tbsp. Honey
- 1 Cheese cloth
- Fresh mint
PREPARATION
- Line sieve with cheese cloth and place in a bowl large enough leaving room for yogurt to drain.
- Add yogurt and leave in refrigerator overnight and allow to drain through cheese cloth.
- Before serving, add honey and triple sec and stir.
- Cut pineapple in wheels and grill on high for a couple of minutes to mark.
ASSEMBLY
- Place pineapple on plate and top with yogurt and fresh mint.
