Grilled Sea Scallops w/Ponzu Glaze
- 1/2 C Soya Sauce
- 1/4 C Water
- 1/8 C Oyster Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
- 2 Tbsp Lime Juice
- 1 Tbsp White Vinegar
- Sea Scallops
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Rosemary and Thyme sprigs
Mix glaze ingredients together in a bowl. (Simmer on medium heat to reduce by 1/4 if used as a sauce.)
Skewer Sea Scallops on water soaked rosemary and thyme sprigs.
Brush Sea Scallops with Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Grill for approx. 3-4 minutes on Med-High Grill.
Turn and brush with Ponzu Glaze. Grill another 4 minutes or until scallops feel slightly firm. Should be opaque white throughout when done.
Remove from grill and brush again with Ponzu Glaze.
