Orange Bourbon Salmon
- 1/4 C bourbon
- 1/4 C orange juice
- 1/4 C soya sauce
- 1/4 C brown sugar
- 1/4 C chopped green onions
- 3 Tbsp fresh chives chopped
- 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves chopped
- 4- 6oz. salmon fillets, approx 1" thick
Combine first eight ingredients in zip lock bag.
Add salmon, seal and marinate in fridge for one and a half hours, turning occasionally.
Before starting the BBQ, spray grill with non-stick cooking spray.
Heat BBQ to 400F, place salmon on grill rack and cook for six minutes per side or until flaky. Fish should lift easy when ready to turn.
Baste frequently with marinade.
