Orange Bourbon Salmon
INGREDIENTS
- 1/4 C bourbon
- 1/4 C orange juice
- 1/4 C soya sauce
- 1/4 C brown sugar
- 1/4 C chopped green onions
- 3 Tbsp fresh chives chopped
- 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves chopped
- 4- 6oz. salmon fillets, approx 1" thick
PREPARATION
- Combine first eight ingredients in zip lock bag.
- Add salmon, seal and marinate in fridge for one and a half hours, turning occasionally.
- Before starting the BBQ, spray grill with non-stick cooking spray.
- Heat BBQ to 400F, place salmon on grill rack and cook for six minutes per side or until flaky. Fish should lift easy when ready to turn.
- Baste frequently with marinade.
