
Oyster Po’ Boy
Ingredients
- 4 malpeque oysters shucked
- 1/2 oz garlic minced
- extra virgin olive oil
- sea salt
- fresh cracked pepper
- 60 ml 35% cream
- French baguette
- 5 oz spinach sautéed with oil
- salt and pepper
- 3 oz gruyere cheese
- salad mixed greens
Preparation

Sautee oysters with garlic and oil (2 min)

Season with salt and pepper and add cream (1 min)

Cut baguette to desired size, brush with oil and grill

Place oysters on bread and cover with sautéed spinach and cheese

Melt cheese by placing po-boy in bbq (1 min)
Assembly

Serve with a side salad.
