Oyster Po’ Boy
INGREDIENTS
- 4 Malpeque oysters shucked
- 1/2 oz garlic minced
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Sea salt
- Fresh cracked pepper
- 60 ml 35% cream
- French baguette
- 5 oz spinach sautéed with oil
- Salt and pepper
- 3 oz gruyere cheese
- Salad mixed greens
PREPARATION
- Sautee oysters with garlic and oil (2 min)
- Season with salt and pepper and add cream (1 min)
- Cut baguette to desired size, brush with oil and grill
- Place oysters on bread and cover with sautéed spinach and cheese
- Melt cheese by placing po-boy in bbq (1 min)
ASSEMBLY
- Serve with a side salad.
