Roasted Red Pepper Dip
INGREDIENTS
- ½ C. feta cheese
- 1 TBSP ricotta
- pepper
- 5 TBSP olive oil
- 2 red peppers
PREPARATION
- Grill peppers on a hot BBQ, turning frequently until charded and softened, about 10 minutes.
- Clean and remove seeds, skin should just peel off.
- Blend all ingredients in food processor.
