Roasted Red Pepper Dip

INGREDIENTS

  • ½ C. feta cheese
  • 1 TBSP ricotta
  • pepper
  • 5 TBSP olive oil
  • 2 red peppers

PREPARATION

  1. Grill peppers on a hot BBQ, turning frequently until charded and softened, about 10 minutes.
  2. Clean and remove seeds, skin should just peel off.
  3. Blend all ingredients in food processor.
