Vegetables In Red Pepper Bowl
- 1 red pepper
- 2 broccoli flowerets
- 2 cauliflower flowerets
- 2 petite patty pan (squash)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- hollandaise sauce
Cut the red pepper down the middle leaving the green stem to add colour.
Clean peppers out.
Blanch the broccoli, cauliflower and patty pans.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Assemble by placing 1 floweret of broccoli, cauliflower and 1 petite patty pan in each red pepper.
Place on top rack of the grill heated to 350F until the pepper is cooked. (Approx. 10 minutes)
Finish with hollandaise just before serving.
