BBQ Pork Tenderloin
- 2 tbsp. curry powder
- salt and pepper
- 2 cloves of finely chopped garlic
- 3 tbsp. Of Soya Sauce
- 4 tbsp. Olive oil
- 1tbls chopped ginger
- 1 pork tenderloin
Combine all ingredients.
Combine ingredients until smooth.
Rub the pork with the dry rub and place in the marinade overnight.
BBQ in 350 degree for 10 minutes on each side.
Let your pork rest for 10 minutes before you cut it.
Serve with a fruited couscous salad.
