Duck Gung Pao
INGREDIENTS
DUCK GUNG PAO
- 2oz sesame oil
- ¼ tsp garlic
- ¼ tsp ginger
- 1 cup sliced onions
- 2 thai chili’s chopped
- 4 oz soy sauce
- 1oz hoisin
- 1 cup mixed colour peppers
- 1 cup bok choy
- 1 cup baby corn
- 1 cup water chestnuts
- 1 cup baby pea shoots
- 2 tbsp crushed peanuts
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 16oz duck breast
PREPARATION
- Pre-heat BBQ to 400F. Place duck breast skin side down directly on grilland grill until skill is golden brow, about 5 minutes. Turn and cook for another 3 - 4 minutes or until juices run clear.
- Saute sesame oil, garlic, ginger and onions and chilis.
- Add the next 7 ingredients and sauté for 8 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let relax.
- Top with duck, bean sprouts and peanuts.
