Duck Gung Pao

INGREDIENTS

DUCK GUNG PAO

  • 2oz sesame oil
  • ¼ tsp garlic
  • ¼ tsp ginger
  • 1 cup sliced onions
  • 2 thai chili’s chopped
  • 4 oz soy sauce
  • 1oz hoisin
  • 1 cup mixed colour peppers
  • 1 cup bok choy
  • 1 cup baby corn
  • 1 cup water chestnuts
  • 1 cup baby pea shoots
  • 2 tbsp crushed peanuts
  • 1 cup bean sprouts
  • 16oz duck breast

PREPARATION

  1. Pre-heat BBQ to 400F. Place duck breast skin side down directly on grilland grill until skill is golden brow, about 5 minutes. Turn and cook for another 3 - 4 minutes or until juices run clear.
  2. Saute sesame oil, garlic, ginger and onions and chilis.
  3. Add the next 7 ingredients and sauté for 8 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and let relax.
  5. Top with duck, bean sprouts and peanuts.
